Help--Book request for first-time investor

A client of mine, a very wise young woman who bought her first home last summer, believes that now is the time to buy her first piece of investment property. She's looking for a condo in the $200,000-$225,000 range on or close to the San Francisco Peninsula.

She's asked for a book recommendation to help her -- does anyone have one?

Many thanks for your assistance,

Lottie
