Peninsula Living: San Carlos - Real Estate for Sale in White Oaks

Residential real estate for sale in San Carlos, California continues to be in short supply. This morning, the last weekday of January, there are only 28 single-family homes for sale in our multiple listing service, and 20 condos and townhouses. For a breakdown of these, read my post from earlier this morning.

In the White Oaks neighborhood, the scarcity of homes for sale is even more dramatic.

White Oaks School, San Carlos, CA

There is only 1 (that's right, 1) single family home for sale, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house listed at $839,000 7 days ago.

There are 6 pending sales, ranging in price from $969,000 to a low of $501,500 (for a bank-owned property on the Alameda de las Pulgas that's been on the market over a year, with unfinished construction making the house unlivable at present.)

If you are looking for a home in or around San Carlos, and not already working with an agent, I can help. And if you are considering selling your home, now can be a great time. Call to learn how I can help you achieve your real estate dreams.
