Located along the Peninsula, just about midway between San Francisco and San Jose, the City of San Carlos is popular with many people -- and for good reason.
The "City of Good Living" offers a variety of culture, entertainment, parks, and education opportunities. Hot Harvest Nights Farmer's Market, Hiller Aviation Museum, aircraft rentals and flight training at San Carlos Airport (KSQL), 15 local parks and playgrounds, and just as many year-round activities are arranged for adults as there are for the children.
However, its the spirit of the people that epitomizes to me the best reason to live here, and that spirit is fostered in our office, RE/MAX Today during the holidays and throughout the year, by our broker, Jeanne Garde.
Now through December 21, we are a collection center for the Toys For Tots program, and invite everyone to bring new, unwrapped toys for a child of any age. Or, if you'd prefer to bring in non-perishable food items, we have barrels waiting to be picked up by Second Harvest Food Bank (and as of December 12, they could use a bit of help.)
Together, we have the power to make a big difference in the lives of others,
where ever we live!
