Do you drive by homes for sale in San Carlos, Belmont, Redwood City and other San Mateo County and Silicon Valley towns?
Do you pause in front of the house wondering if it's one you'd like to know more about? Perhaps you're in the early stages of the buying process and want more information. Perhaps you're thinking about selling a home in the neighborhood.
If you are in these early stages of information gathering, and not already working with a real estate professional, there's a way you can get information about any house you see that is listed with our multiple listing service. And you can get it on the spot, while sitting in your car, in front of the property.
You will be assigned one phone number to call, which you can program into speed dial on your cell phone. Following the prompts, you'll key in the street address of the property, and immediately get tons of detail, like: price, size of house, number of rooms, special features.
If it's a house you'd like even more detail about, or would like an appointment to see, a click of a button will send your message my way and we can talk about it.
Does this sound like something that would be helpful to you? If so, give me a call and we'll get you set up!

Lottie: You're a wizard! You can't make it anymore easy for a prospective buyer than this. And, your organizational and technological skills have to impress them ... and lead then to believe that you are the agent they hope to work with ...
Gene
Hello Gene. I can't tell you how much your words cheered me.
I had just gotten off the phone with a listing agent I've been working with intensely all week. Multiple offer situation, my buyers insisted on coming in very low, we got a counter, we countered back, we've worked some verbal counters-to-counters--it all ended now, with our two sides $19K apart on a 1.2 million dollar house. And so it goes--real estate is local, and advice they got from family in another part of the state proved to be their downfall.
Well, as Scarlett O'Hara says, "tomorrow is another day." We'll find them a good place, just not that one.
Thanks, Gene for your friendship and encouragement. The product I mentioned here can be a great help to people.
Lottie! Awww shucks Lottie ... it's easy to be nice to nice people! Advice from relatives can be ... should we say ... relative??? It can be good or bad ... but people have a tendency to be swayed by it, no doubt. Best of luck to you moving forward with this deal. I know it will work out for you!
