Open House at 360 Everett Avenue, Unit 2C,
Palo Alto, CA 94301
You are invited to visit Unit 2C at 360 Everett Avenue in downtown Palo Alto for the first open house
Sunday March 13, 2011, 1:30 - 4:30 PM
You won't find a sign at the property, but you'll find 360 Everett between Bryant and Waverley Street right in the heart of downtown Palo Alto. A representative will greet you in the lobby and direct you to the elevator to Unit 2C.
This spacious condo, over 1600 sq. ft. in size, was the perfect place for the current owner to call home for the last 18 years. Like many people wanting to downsize, she was ready to shed the responsibilities of maintaining a large property.
She found what she was looking for here at the Everett House--lots of elbow room, plenty of space to entertain; a front door she could lock and walk away from when travels beckoned; and the vibrant life of downtown to enjoy.
Outdoor amenities are here too -- a large swimming pool (that she didn't have to maintain) in the back yard, and Johnson Park a scant 1/2 block away.
If this is the life-style you're considering, come visit this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on Sunday afternoon, or give me a call to arrange a showing. Priced at $979,000, 360 Everett, 2C, offers you the chance to enjoy life amid beautiful surroundings without the worries of maintenance.
Parking is often available on the street, either on Everett or one of the surrounding streets. And, the City of Palo Alto has a parking plaza directly behind the building.
--- Come for a visit; Stay for a lifetime!

Lottie ~ A lovely property and a great presentation for the Open House. Brilliant to mention having someone in the lobby to assist with locating the unit.
Holy cow, what a beautiful master suite. It's huge. And to wake up every morning to that view? Incredible. Plus, there is a patio? I bet if a person wanted a vegetable garden on the patio, a person could buy those new plastic veggie gardens that snap together and then you can grow vegetables right on your patio slab! It's like having a yard without the hassle of a yard.
WOW what a beautiful condo. The master suite is outstanding and the wrap around balcony is awesome. I hope you sell it on Sunday.
Congratulations on this new listing you are advertising here on line. Looks like a great home!
Best of luck at the Open House- Hope you get some great traffic and find that right buyer!
Hi Tish - having an open house in a secured building is interesting. My assistant will be there to open the door, take a tally of numbers of groups, take people out to see the pool area. I'll be up in the unit, answering questions. It should be a fun afternoon!
Hi Elizabeth -- you're right, it is huge; 1600+ sq. ft. Often when people are ready to downsize from a large home, they feel confined in a condo since rooms are often so much smaller. Not here!
Hi Connie -- I'm looking forward to the open house today. This condo will be a pleasure to show, and you're right about the huge balcony; it's wonderful. The master suite is larger than mine in my single-family house.
Don, thanks for stopping by and for your comments. It's ready to be a great new home for someone.
Dana, I hope we get good traffic today. Per Association rules, no signs are allowed, so even though we're downtown, we can't expect any street traffic.
Nice looking home! Great pics! Let us know how the open house went!
Hi Rick -- Open house traffic was less than I would have hoped. However, one couple truly liked it. We'll see what transpires. I'll hold it open again this coming Sunday.
