The Market is Hot in San Carlos, CA 94070
Last week I wrote about my listing at 122 Hillcrest Road in San Carlos, how we received a good offer after 5 days on the market and are now in contract. The market is hot in San Carlos CA. On Tuesday property contingencies were removed and the appraisal came in at value.
Today I'd like to tell you about my buyers' purchase of 55 Hartford Avenue. This is a lovely house with spectacular views from downtown San Francisco to the East Bay and south bay hills; views of 3 bridges crossing the bay; views of twinkling lights of San Carlos and nearby towns. This is a house on a 17,000 sq.ft. lot, very large for San Carlos, where deer roam and wildflowers bloom--it's like having a mini Edgewood Park in your own back yard! This is the house they had been searching for these last few months. Listed on March 12, our offer (one of 5) was made on March 21 and accepted March 22. It closed escrow on April 21.
Seeing the smiles on my buyers' faces and the dreams in their eyes whenever they visited here made this sale especially sweet. Giving them the keys last Thursday was a treat, and I feel honored to have played a role in helping them attain their dream house.
If you're ready to buy your special spot, there are steps to be taken to help your offer stand out above the rest. Let me know if I can help you make your dreams come true.
--- Come for a visit; Stay for a lifetime!
