You are so correct the buyers and the sellers want to know what the market is doing.

Lottie, Congratulations on a job well done. I am sure the sellers are pleased with the sales price. The buyers understand our hot competitive market and knew what they needed to do to win the competition.

Breaking down what we're seeing in the marketplace is a big help to buyers, and informative for sellers, too.

Kathleen, my sellers were dream clients--did everything to help create such strong sales. All offers were good ones; we wished we had 3 more to sell!

That's a great looking house and I'm really impressed that you got it sold in 8 days with 4 offers.  Buyers should take note that the market is hot and they have to bid appropriately to what they want.

Amazing, indeed, Mary. Listings sell, and sell well and quickly. It's a different story for buyers, however; quite brutal.

Bryan, the srong selling market continues. In Belmont, for instance, yesterday there were only 11 active listings in the entire town. Last 2 Belmont sales I'm aware of each had 19 offers. Buyers cannot be timid in this market.

Home buyers need to be very well prepared for the current market conditions that may include multiple contract competition.

You did a great job for your sellers Lottie, 225k over list price is amazing even in your red hot martket.  Congratulations.
