Lottie - I am in a totally different market, so can't even approximately figure your maintenance fee and taxes.

Jon, this unit will list around $600,000; monthly HOA fees are $410.00 per month (very reasonable in our marketplace.) Property taxes are reassessed at time of sale; figure something under 1.25% of the sales price per year.

Lottie - thank you. Price is higher than what we commonly have here, but Association dues are very similar, and your taxes are half of ours. But we do not state income tax, so, probably, we spend the same

Lottie: Buyers should get in touch with you to get instant information when a condominium is about to come on the market. Sounds like inventory of condominiums is extremely tight.
