The condominium and townhouse market in San Carlos, CA saw prices soar in 2013. As reported by our Multiple Listing Service, 95 condos or townhouses closed escrow in San Carlos during 2013, with a median sales price of $668,000. That was up by 33% from 2012.

It is too early to predict what 2014 will bring, but as of this morning, January 22, there are only 3 condos/townhouses listed for sale on our MLS. All 3 of these are 2-bedroom units, all priced similarly, around $600,000. Two are up in the hills with carport and open parking; one is near town, with parking for 2 cars in a gated garage.
