"I'm smitten by this house" uttered a woman who came to see 1221 Highland Court in San Carlos 94070 on Friday.
I loved hearing this, not only because it's a word we rarely hear these days (although I might start using it!) but because I could tell she "got" what the house is all about --
1221 Highland Court is a house with a heart!
New on the market, the first Open House will be Sunday, September 21, 2014, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Please come on by, take a look, and see if you, too, are smitten.
--- Come for a visit; Stay for a lifetime!

Looks like a terrific house. It seems sometimes you can tell when a buyer walks thru a home and is smitten as she said. You know it is the one.
She is asking all the right questions, Bill Reddington and plans to return tomorrow to the open house. We shall see!
All I know is after looking at those pictures, I think I'm smitten too! Very nice.
Enjoy the open house Lottie, I am sure that you will meet many new and interesting prospects for this home and others. Maybe you will even get an offer from the Smitten lady.
The eyes cash the check tooquickly so to speak.
Well I certainly see why she was "smitten" with this gorgeous home. Not "smitten" enough to make an offer?
Good morning Lottie. I can understand the comment and would expect your open house to be well attended and hopefully there are a number of serious buyers.
Good morning Lottie. I could see why someone would get smitten by this house. Lovely property!
Good morning Lottie. I don't hear the word that often either. Why didn't the woman make an offer. Looks lovely to me too.
Hi Tammy - I loved hearing the word, "smitten!"
Bob, Im looking forward to today's open house, it's introduction to the market.
Hi Laura - thanks for stopping by.
Roger D. Mucci - we'll see; she's asking the right questions and is coming back today.
Thank you, Joe.
Michael Thornton - it's a great place to call home
Sheila Anderson - we're not accepting offers yet, and she really wasn't planning on moving (she just finished a big renovation of her existing home.) In our market, where multiple offers are common, it's best to let it be properly exposed. She has downloaded disclosures and reports. We'll see
I hope she buys it Lottie.
I rather hope so, too, Sheila Anderson We'll see what transpires.
Your photographs demonstrate why it would be easy to have this response. I hope she buys and loves the home.
Lottie~ If the photos tell the story, and I trust they do, there will be many more smitten with this home!
It looks very inviting Lottie. Hope your open house was a great success.
This is a fantastic property. Thank you for sharing and best of luck!
Hi everyone -- thanks for your comments. Yesterday's open house was a rousing success - 42 groups through. 5 disclosure packages downloaded. 2 agents at this point plan to write offers; likely more to come. Busy day on the phone, but that's the way we like them. Stay tuned!
Ilove it when people admit how much they love the home.
Lottie - I too would be smitten by this home - and I like how this buyer wasn't afraid to share their feelings on the place!
Michelle Carr-Crowe-Selling Silicon Valley Homes in Top Schools San Jose, Cupertino, Saratoga, Palo Alto-Just Call 408-252-8900 I never understand why people think it's a good idea to slam a property.
We're expecting multiple offers, Laura Allen, Lake Tahoe - Truckee Real Estate for Sale www.TahoeLauraLuxuryHomes.com - one from this woman. I'd be delighted if her offer is the superior one!
I get that comment, Lottie! Great house. Only thing I am not keen on are the counter-tops, but it all goes together beautifully. Love the yard
Hope your open house was a huge success!
