SOLD--we get results to please you in Redwood City, CA

Located in the highly desired Mt. Carmel neighborhood of Redwood City, across from lovely Our Lady of Mount Carmel school, 330 Grand Street closed escrow on the first business day of 2018.

In vintage condition, we marketed this home to builders and agents who work with builders, knowing it would be razed. It sold just days after notices went out about the opportunity, to an all-cash buyer, with no contingencies and terms to make life easy for the sellers.

Seller wanted no open houses and was delighted to sell off market.

You knew the buyer for this and knew how to get it done in record time. Great job Lottie.

Thanks, Debbie. Every transaction is different; this one needed a builder and my clients needed top dollar without people going through the property. It happened.

Congratulations! Looking at the photographs, I felt peace. I hope that the new owners will make wise decisions. You just don't see buildings like that in Flower Mound or other parts of the country.

Happy New Year, Lottie. Stay healthy, strong, and successful. It really is a wonderful life because of people like you.

Hi Patricia Feager - I'll be very interested in seeing what is built to replace the lovely, old, unmainted house we sold. I can almost guarantee it will be two stories, with one bed and full bath on ground level, and a front porch--that's the trend we're seeing here.

Lottie Kendall - I think it's exciting to know construction builders are bringing back the front porch. You don't see that too much in my area. For those in my area that do have a front porches, I can't understand how they can be used because they are so narrow and not functional.

I hope you get to see the replacement when it's completed and report back. You've got me curious too!

Patricia Feager I'll definitely be checking on the new house when it's built -- maybe I'll write about it.

Abby Stiller - thanks for your good wishes. These sellers had gone through so much stress recently, it was wonderful to get a great sale with terms that simplified their lives.
