Doggie Easter Egg Hunt

Our Peninsula Humane Society takes our pets and animals in need of homes seriously. But not all activities are serious; some are purely fun, while raising funds at the same time to support the PHS and their shelter animals.

One of the fun ones is the the Easter Egg Hunt for dogs, sponsored by Wags Hotels. The previous link takes you to more information, and an online form where you can purchase your tickets in advance.

Who: You and your dog

What: Easter egg hunt for dogs, a raffle, tasty tidbits, photo op with your dog and the Easter Bunny

Where: Burgess Park, Menlo Park, CA

When: Saturday morning, March 24, 2018

Why: To have fun while raising funds for the Peninsula Humane Society and the SPCA

I know 3 little members of my extended family who should be there!

Tanner and Jack

--- Come for a visit; Stay for a lifetime!

Hi William Feela - a lot of people have four-legged children!

Hi Endre Barath, Jr. - the Easter eggs are filled with dog treats -- I'm sure they as well as their "parents" will have a lot of fun.

Hi Patricia Feager - I hope I learn how much is raised for the PHS and SPCA through the Doggie Easter Egg hunt. No matter, I'm sure it will be a hit for all!

Good morning, Gita Bantwal - this is the 9th annual event, and the first time I've heard of it. I think dog owners are spreading the word!

Hi Nina Hollander and Sheila Anderson - I thought of you two when I posted about the dog Easter egg hunt, knowing it would appeal to you both.

What fun!  Watch the fur babies find those eggs..  We give our doggie boiled eggs.  Sometimes I peel them and sometimes not, he manages to get the shell off and leave it for me to clean up. :)

Good morning, Bob Crane - 3 very different dogs in our extended family, but I bet all 3 would enjoy a hunt for doggie treats!
